Dr. Tom Donohoe, University Registrar
Natalie Benge, Office Coordinator
Mrs. Benge assists the University Registrar and the areas related to Registration,
Records, and Graduation with everyday duties. Natalie prepares travel and personnel
paperwork for the Office of the Registrar and participates in budget reviews to maintain
an accurate accounting of the office budget. She maintains the office calendars for
accuracy and schedules meetings for the department. Mrs. Benge also maintains the
inventory of office material and equipment for the Office of the Registrar, the office
webpages, office form accessibility, and serves on a hiring committee.
Stacie Hill, Assistant Registrar, Data Management
Mrs. Hill manages all data associated with the Graduate and Undergraduate Curriculum.
Data management includes curriculum, course inventory, prerequisites, co-requisites,
equivalencies, attributes, restrictions, repeat details, TN eCampus, EDI Cross Reference
Rules, Crosswalk Validation and assists with running Enrollment reports. Stacie supervises
temporary employees and student workers and is responsible to the Registrar for reporting
academic data; management of the Master Course Inventory File; management and tracking
of the Academic Program Inventory; and training and support of academic users in the
management of SIS and Banner data. Stacie utilizes Acalog to produce the graduate
and undergraduate e-catalogs and works with the curriculum using Curriculog. Mrs.
Hill assists office personnel with Banner, class schedule development, commencement
ceremonies, and other functions as needed. This position also serves on various committees
and task forces.
Graduate Assistant
This position is responsible for supporting the Registrar's office.
GRADUATION
Jessica Miller, Associate Registrar
Mrs. Miller plans, organizes, and supervises the university commencement ceremony;
supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with graduation activities.
She performs graduation audits, verifies degree requirements, oversees the preparation
of the commencement program and diploma and regalia processes. Ms. Miller maintains
the graduation section of the web site and prepares calendar dates for graduation
related activities. She also assists with the implementation of the Banner Student
Information System and the development of the Degree Works degree audit system. She
also serves on various committees and is responsible for reporting and functional/technical
solutions in the Graduation Office.
Cynthia Edwards, Assistant Registrar
Mrs. Edwards processes preliminary and final graduation checks, solves issues pertaining
to a student's graduation status, prints diplomas, distributes regalia and regalia
inventory, records substitutions, works with the advisors, processes graduation-related
paperwork, confers degrees, and assists with registrations. Mrs. Edwards is also responsible
for Degree Works.
Nam Le, Graduation Analyst 2
Mr. Le processes preliminary and final graduation checks, solves issues pertaining
to a student's graduation status, records substitutions, works with the advisors,
processes graduation-related paperwork, and confers degrees. He assists with Registrar
and Graduation Office related events.
Bobbie Wood, Graduation Analyst 2
Ms. Wood processes preliminary and final graduation checks, solves issues pertaining
to a student's graduation status, records substitutions, works with the advisors,
processes graduation-related paperwork, and confers degrees. She assists with Registrar
and Graduation Office related events.
RECORDS
Dr. LaDonna Hutchins, Associate Registrar
Ms. Hutchins supervises the Records office and the athletic certification process.
As supervisor of these areas, she oversees the maintenance of student records, oversees
the issuing of student academic transcripts, works with end of semester processes
regarding repeats including TELS Lottery Scholarship repeat courses, final grading,
grade changes, student withdrawals, and works with National Student Clearinghouse
for degree verification and enrollment verification. Ms. Hutchins also assists with
the certification of new and returning athletes to be sure they are eligible to compete
per NCAA regulations each semester and assists the Veterans Affairs Office in certifying
veteran enrollment. She also assists with data collection and reporting; trains faculty,
staff and advisors in the use of Banner; and serves on various committees and task
forces.
Vacant, Assistant Registrar for NCAA Certification and Eligibility
This position manages the NCAA athlete certification process for student athletes
engaged in intercollegiate athletics. This position will evaluate and certify the
eligibility of new, continuing, transfer, and international student athletes each
semester. This position participates in the preparation of NCAA reports under the
Academic Performance Program (APR) and will evaluate annual changes in reporting requirements
to make the necessary changes and adjustments to local reports. This position also
represents the Registrar's Office at the NCAA Regional Rules Seminar, University Athletics
Committee meetings as well as other professional seminars and workshops.
Makayla Arnold, NCAA Eligibility Coordinator
Mrs. Arnold works with the Assistant Registrar for NCAA Certification and Eligibility
in the NCAA athlete certification process for student athletes engaged in intercollegiate
athletics. Makayla also assists with incoming transfer student-athletes, major changes,
monitoring daily reports, and keeping accurate and up-to-date records on all student-athletes.
Mrs. Arnold is also responsible for assisting the Records office with transcript processing,
major changes, phone calls, ARGOS reports, and monitoring the records@etsu.edu email.
Jennifer Seal, Records Coordinator
Ms. Seal supervises the Record's office workflow as well as resolving any issues that
arise. She processes grade changes and repeat grades, processes student ID changes,
performs late-drop course requests and withdrawals, and prepares list/labels for departments
and companies as requested throughout the year. Jennifer also processes Title IV reports
for Financial Aid. She also works with the National Student Clearinghouse for degree
and enrollment verification, Parchment for transcript requests, and with the Milligan/Emmanuel/ETSU
Agreement program. Jennifer maintains the Academic Calendar for the University.
Megan Mckinney, Records Analyst 2
Mrs. Mckinney is responsible for processing transcript requests, name and address
changes, enrollment verifications, as well as major changes for the Record's office.
Megan assists with verifying the National Student Clearinghouse enrollment and degree
requests and Parchment for transcript requests. Mrs. Mckinney also helps with walk
in traffic, answering phone calls, and monitors the records@etsu.edu email.
Sarah Jones, Records Analyst 2
Mrs. Jones is responsible for processing transcript requests, name and address changes,
enrollment verifications, as well as major changes for the Record's office. Sarah
assists with verifying the National Student Clearinghouse enrollment and degree requests
and Parchment for transcript requests. Mrs. Jones also helps with walk in traffic,
answering phone calls, and monitors the records@etsu.edu email.
REGISTRATION
Hannah Rhoades, Associate Registrar
Mrs. Rhoades plans, organizes, and supervises the university student registration
process; supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with registration.
She works with orientation, prepares class schedules, assigns academic classroom space
and distributes registration/schedule information. She maintains the schedule of classes,
interactive course search, registration setup, and academic term information on GoldLink
and Banner. She works with the implementation of the Banner Student Information System
and trains users in the use of Banner schedule building. She serves as the WebTailor
administrator for the Registrars Office and other areas of enrollment services and
maintaining the Registrars Office web pages. She works in administrating Schedule
Builder and 25 Live scheduling systems, provides various data reporting, and assists
with management of the office budget. Mrs. Rhoades also serves of various committees.
Jessica Barrett, Assistant Registrar, Scheduling
Ms. Barrett manages the development and scheduling of on campus academic classroom
space and helps ensure optimal classroom utilization. Ms. Barrett also serves as the
administrator for Series25, maintaining the collection of data from University departments
regarding classroom space. She maintains 25Live scheduling system, the university's
online calendar for academic space. Ms. Barrett also assists in the generation and
maintenance of the Registrars Office web pages. She works with executive aide training,
assists with walk in traffic, maintains the student worker and temporary worker time
sheets, supervises staff, students and temporary employees who assist with registration
activities. Ms.Barrett also serves on various committees.
Dr. Jamila Moody , Registration Analyst 2
Mrs. Moody assists students with registration, adding and dropping courses, and registration
form processing. She assists with the GoldLink helpline as well as handles walk in
traffic, phone calls, and monitors the reghelp@etsu.edu email. She assists the Associate
and Assistant Registrar with related tasks, room reservations and scheduling across
campus. Mrs. Moody assists departments in course building training, processing schedule
changes, reviews registration edits for the Registrar's office.
Tabitha Peters, Registration Analyst 2
Ms. Peters assists students with registration, adding and dropping courses, and registration
