Current Student Requests for Enrollment Verification/Letters of Good Standing
ETSU participates in the National Student Clearinghouse. Enrollment information is securely transmitted to the Clearinghouse three times a semester. It takes the Clearinghouse up to three business days to process our enrollment data.
If you need to request an enrollment verification, you may
1) Log into your Goldlink Account, Go to Student, then Student Records, and Click
on Enrollment Verifications Request via Clearinghouse, or
2) Contact the Records Office they will be happy to assist you Monday through Friday,
8 AM to 4:30 PM excluding holidays. (Can only provide current enrollment information).
Attention: Employees, Lenders, Credit Card Companies
East Tennessee State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse
to provide degree and enrollment verification. All requests for verifications will
be referred to the National Student Clearinghouse and may be contacted at:
