Cadet for a Day
"Cadet for a Day" is a program, sponsored by ETSU Army ROTC, that brings interested high school students onto our campus to experience a day in the life of one of our cadets.
As a Cadet for a Day participant you will:
- Speak with an ETSU academic advisor in your program of study
- Explore campus facilities
- Hang out between classes with college students
- Participate in ROTC program activities
- Learn more about exciting scholarship opportunities
If you have ever considered Army ROTC or are wondering about how you will pay for your college education, this program is for you. The Cadet For A Day program offers so much more than any other campus tour because you will actually go with your assigned Cadet everywhere he or she goes. We will match you with one of our current Cadets who has a major you are interested in. Your mentor will be there to talk to you one-on-one about what ETSU and the Army ROTC program are really like!
The typical schedule for this program follows.
