Application for Substitute Teacher at University School
Those who are interested in becoming a Substitute Teacher at University School must complete the following:
- Complete online application (If you have any issues completing this application, please contact carterdp@etsu.edu)
- We will contact you for an interview if we are hiring.
- If recommended for hire, applicant must complete a background check. Applicant is required to pay for the background check, and background checks completed for another employers may not be shared. Instructions for the background check will be sent to applicants after interview and reference check.
- Sign and return a VECH form to Diedre Carter (carterdp@etsu.edu) prior to background check.
