ETSU Outdoor Adventure provides opportunities for the ETSU community to experience a variety of outdoor activities. Trips and clinics are scheduled throughout the year and dive into the local and regional offerings. The Climbing Wall at the CPA provides top rope and sport climbing and the Challenge Course allows for unlimited fun. Students/faculty/staff can also rent outdoor equipment or a bike for their own adventure.

Leave No Trash University Challenge
The University #LeaveNoTrash Challenge is a week-long event during Earth Month, April 19th-27th, designed to raise awareness of Leave No Trace Principle #3, Dispose of Waste Properly, by engaging the campus in a friendly, cross-university challenge to clean up our communities.
1. Create a CitSci Account
2. Join the the #LeaveNoTrash University Challenge Project
3. During the week of April 19-27th 2025, use the datasheet to document trash you see on and around your campus community (and pick it up and dispose of it properly if it is safe to do so).Prizes will be awarded to the winning university in a few categories: Most trash picked up, Most Participants in trash cleanups, and more!
