I loved my time at ETSU and I would do it again if I had the opportunity!
Question: How did your education prepare you for the real world?
ETSU is where I began to uncover the exciting world of public health. During my Epidemiology course, I learned to broaden my scope, think outside of the box, and define scenarios where there may be more questions than answers to a public health problem. It was during this time that I decided to become an Epidemiologist and delve into the various methods of data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and work to solve and control public health problems.
Question: What is something you wish you had known when you were a student?
Public Health is very broad. Spend some time taking additional public health courses. You may find that you have several interests.
