Ritmo Latino is the only bilingual radio program featured on 89.5 WETS FM. It was originally conceived by ETSU graduate Martin Stephens, who started Ritmo Latino in 1998. Martin's desire was to leave a legacy for the Spanish-speaking community.

Ritmo Latino currently features contemporary Latino music, with Charlie Carter as host/executive producer.
