The focus for Residence Life is to help all campus residents find a sense of belonging to not only their residential community, but to the ETSU campus as a whole. Within on-campus housing, we offer a number of ways to start building these connections.
Community Councils
Join and take a leadership role in your Community Council!
Community Council provides a voice for residents in each community on campus. Share your thoughts about programming, residential improvements, and more. Members of the Community Council are encouraged to also become active in the Residence Hall Association (RHA), by attending regular programming and meetings.
For more information, contact the Area Coordinator for your assigned building. Click here for our Staff Directory.
Residence Hall Association
RHA meets on a regular basis to plan activities and events for on-campus students.
The group also represents ETSU students at state, regional, and national conferences.
All campus residents are automatically members of the Residence Hall Association. This student organization forms a vital link between the students and the Housing and Residence Life Staff.
For more information, email rha@etsu.edu or click here to visit the official RHA website.
Spring 2024 Meetings: Wednesdays @ 6:00pm in the Culp Center
National Residence Hall Honorary
NRHH meets on a regular basis to plan recognition and service projects, focusing on
on-campus students or supportive campus stakeholders. The group represents ETSU at
state, regional, and national conferences.
Residents who have made a significant impact on the on-campus living experience at ETSU can be nominated and apply to join this prestigious honor society. Inductions are typically held in April for the upcoming academic year.
