Attention-Based Challenges and Student Life Workshop Series
Tuesdays 3pm - 4pm (Dates - 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25; Second round: 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22)
Led by Katlyn Couper, and held in CULP 327
The Counseling Center is excited to provide a workshop series centered around managing attention-based challenges that are common to student lifestyles; both internally and externally with school, work, or relationships. The workshop series will consist of 4 sessions where concerns of attention deficits within these common areas will be understood and tools/resources to manage them will be discussed.
*Available to all students. No needs assessment is required*
Roadmap to Relationships
Mondays 3pm - 4pm (Dates - 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3; Second round: 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21)
Led by Rachel Ratley, and held in ***CC Group room on 2/10*** Culp 217 for all other dates
The Roadmap to Relationships workshop is a four-part series that will provide education,
resources, and tips for navigating relationships. Topics to be covered include stress/stress
management, attachment theory, boundaries and nonviolent communication, and building
healthy relationships. This workshop aims to broaden students’ understanding of what
factors influence their relationships, how they show up in relationships, and how
to foster meaningful connections.

They're Going to Know Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Wednesdays 2pm - 3pm (Dates - 2/12, 2/26, 3/12, 3/26)
Led by Khia Hudgins-Smith, and held in CULP 303
Do you ever feel like you don’t belong, doubt your achievements, or worry that others
will “find out” you’re not as capable as they think? You’re not alone. Imposter syndrome
affects many college students, leading to self-doubt and unnecessary stress. This
interactive workshop will explore imposter syndrome, how it impacts your college experience,
and practical strategies to overcome it. Through guided discussions and activities,
you’ll learn to embrace your successes, build confidence, and connect with peers who
share similar experiences. Let’s redefine your college journey—one step toward self-belief
at a time!
