Anxiety/Depression Group
Thursdays 11am (Dates - 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7,

Led by Katelyn Couper and Kevin Smith, held in CC Group room
This group is focused on supporting students who deal with feelings of anxiety or
depression. Skills to manage both those experiences will be share during the group
as well as efforts on how to maintain improvements to emotional insight/regulation.
Please consider trying out this group if you feel like you don't want to be alone
when feeling anxious or sad and you want focused guidance on that journey.

Deconstructing the Sanctuary

and Dragons Therapy Group! Join fellow adventurers in a supportive environment where

Echoes of Empowerment: Healing through Moral Injury
Thursdays 1:30 - 2:30pm (Dates - 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7)

Moral Injury involves the psychological, social, or spiritual impact that results
from experiencing or perpetrating actions or events that are against one's deeply
held moral beliefs and values. This group is dedicated to addressing the profound
impact of moral injury. We aim to restore integrity, build resilience, and foster
a renewed sense of self. Join us to embark on this journey towards healing and empowerment.

Understanding Self and Others
Fridays 2:00pm - 3:00pm (Dates -9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1,
11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 12/6)

This group will provide a safe space for personal growth. We will engage in talking about feelings, giving support, & receiving feedback. The goal is to help you make desired changes, gain insight, explore meaning in your life & gain a better sense of self & others.
