Forest Walks

Step away from the noise and into nature’s calm. This guided forest walk group blends mindful walking, reflective pauses, and open discussion to help you reconnect with yourself through the natural world. Together, we’ll slow down, notice what surrounds us, and explore how the forest can be a grounding space for self-awareness, stress relief, and healing. No prior experience with mindfulness is needed — just bring comfortable shoes and an open mind.

and Dragons Therapy Group! Join fellow adventurers in a supportive environment where

This group will provide a safe space for personal growth. We will engage in talking about feelings, giving support, & receiving feedback. The goal is to help you make desired changes, gain insight, explore meaning in your life & gain a better sense of self & others. A needs assessment is required to join.

Graduate Student Success Focus Group
Wednesdays 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Dates - 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19)

Led by Zara Taylor and held in CC Group Room.
This group is intended to provide a space for clients to process the complex emotions and various stressors associated with graduate school. Students are given the freedom to confidentially process feelings with mental health professionals. Over the four sessions, clients will develop a sense of connection and communication with one another and engage in experiential activities designed to help them process feelings.
