Tennessee residents and students residing in select border counties in North Carolina and Virginia are eligible for in-state tuition.
Out-of-state students are eligible for discounted e-rate tuition rates as long as they enroll only in online classes. (Online courses eligible for the eRate must be definied in Goldlink with a 9xx section number and identify Web as the instructional method.)
