Fee Adjustment (Refund) Policy

TUITION AND FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE ETSU BOARD OF TRUSTEES WITHOUT NOTICE. 

Summer maintenance and out-of-state tuition & fees are assessed on a per credit hour basis with no set maximum.
