Minor in Art

The Minor in Art consists of a minimum of 21 credit hours in courses taken from Art and Art History. The requirements for the minor include 6 credit hours selected from the Studio CORE courses (ARTA 1000 level classes), 6 credit hours of 2000 level classes (ARTA or ARTH 2000 level classes), and 9 credit hours selected from 3000 level or above ARTA or ARTH classes.

All Art and Art History courses applied to the Minor must have a grade of "C" or above. Most 2000 level and above ARTA and ARTH classes have prerequisites, and students are encouraged to consult the catalog course descriptions prior to selecting and registering for classes.
