Judicial Branch

Student Court

The student court is comprised of SGA members who are designated to hear cases by the Dean of Students. The Chief Justice and Associate Justices are trained annually and assist with reviewing conduct cases assigned to them. The student court upholds the  ETSU student disciplinary policy and due process rights as administered within student conduct.
