Broadway Information for ETSU Employees

This season, the ETSU Martin Center will offer payroll deduction as a payment option for 2025-2026 Broadway Season Tickets.

  • Payroll deduction is available for Regular part-time and Full-time ETSU employees who are renewing Season Tickets or purchasing Season Tickets. Please note: Payroll deduction will not be available for purchasing individual performance tickets.
  • The ETSU employee should request payroll deduction at the time of Season Ticket renewal or purchase.
  • Any Season Ticket order purchased via payroll deduction is placed on a reserve order. Tickets will be reserved and held at the Martin Center until the final payment is received. The ETSU Employee will receive an email when each payment is applied to the Season Ticket order. 
  • During the purchasing process, a Martin Center Box Office team member will email the payroll deduction form to be completed. Please return this form to the Box Office within 2 business days. Once the Box Office receives the completed payroll deduction form, the form will be submitted to the payroll office.
  • All orders must be paid in full by December 31, 2025. Once the order has been paid in full, the ETSU employee will receive their Season Ticket order confirmation by way of their indicated delivery method, no later than Friday, January 9.
  • In case of termination of employment at ETSU, the ETSU employee must contact the ETSU Martin Center Box Office to pay the balance due for their Broadway Season Tickets in full within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any previously deducted payments and the loss of their season tickets. 
  • To ensure fair access to tickets, the ETSU Martin Center temporarily delays ticket delivery until 2 weeks before each show. This helps prevent bot purchases and enforces ticket limits, ensuring all fans have a fair chance to attend the event. The patron will receive an email when tickets are ready to print or save to a digital wallet. 

Payroll deduction purchases must be completed through the Martin Center Box Office.
