Broadway FAQs:

• How do I purchase season tickets?

  New Season Ticket sales begin on Thursday, October 2, at 10 am. At that time, you can visit ETSUMartinCenter.org and purchase your Season Ticket Package online, or call the Martin Center Box Office at (423) 439-2787, Monday - Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and a member of our team will assit you in securing your Season Ticket Package.
• How do I renew my season tickets?

  The season ticket renewal period has now ended. New season ticket holders are welcome! You can purchase anytime online or by calling the Martin Center Box Office at (423) 439-2787, Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
• What is included in the 2025-2026 Broadway Season Ticket Package?

  The 2025-2026 Spring Broadway Season Ticket Package includes one ticket to each of the following four National Touring shows: Meredith Willson's THE MUSIC MAN, TINA- The Tina Turner Musical, Shucked, and SIX.
• Are the 2025 Encore and Add-On shows part of the Season Ticket Package?

  No. The 2025 Encore show, ELF the Musical, and ADD-ON show Riverdance, are not part of a Season Ticket package.

  When you become a Broadway Season Ticket Holder, you have the first opportunity to secure seats for our special ADD-ON show*: Riverdance 30 – The New Generation before tickets go on sale to the public!
   
  *A Broadway Season Tickets Package is required to be eligible for early purchase, and Season Ticket Holders may buy the same number of ADD-ON tickets as included in their package.If you have any questions, please contact the Martin Center Box Office 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

• Do Season Ticket Holders receive their season seats for the Add-On show?

  The ADD-ON show, Riverdance 30 - The New Generation, is not part of a Season Ticket package, therefore your season seats are not guaranteed.
• Can I opt out of one or more shows within a package?

  No. The 2025-2026 Spring Broadway Season Ticket Package includes one ticket to each of the following four National Touring shows: Meredith Willson's THE MUSIC MAN, TINA- The Tina Turner Musical, Shucked, and SIX.
• Can I switch a show in my Season Ticket Package for ELF The Musical or Riverdance?

  No. The 2025-2026 Spring Broadway Season Ticket Package includes one ticket to each of the following four National Touring shows: Meredith Willson's THE MUSIC MAN, TINA- The Tina Turner Musical, Shucked, and SIX.
  
  ELF The Musical and Riverdance are add-on shows and are not part of the 2026 Spring Broadway Season Ticket Package.
• What is the max number of season tickets I can purchase?

  The max number of Season Tickets you can purchase is 8 (eight).
• Can I get a refund for my Season Tickets after I purchse my tickets?

  No, we do not offer refunds for Season Tickets or individual show tickets.
• Do you offer a discount to ETSU Faculty, Staff, or Students?

  No. Discounts are not offered to ETSU Faculty, Staff, or Students.
• Do you offer payroll deduction for Season Tickets for ETSU Faculty and Staff?

  Yes! Payroll dedcution is available for 2025-2026 Broadway Season Tickets for ETSU Faculty and Staff. For more information on payroll deduction, click here.
• Are group discounts available?

  Yes, group discounts are available for these performances. Beginning Monday, October 13, 2025, you can purchase blocks of tickets to any of the performances in the season. A minimum purchase of 10 tickets is required. Certain seating restrictions could apply. For group ticket sales, please contact the ETSU Martin Center Box Office at (423) 439-2787 Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, or by email Tickets@ETSUMartinCenter.org. 
• When do individual performance tickets go on sale?

  Individual performance tickets for all shows will go on sale Thursday, October 23, at 10 am EST.
