Welcome to ETSU! If you need IT assistance and are unable to log in, you can submit a ticket using the public form below.

Existing Students, Faculty, and Staff
If you're already part of the ETSU community, you can easily submit a help ticket through our self-service portal.
- Log In to the Self-Service Portal: Access the portal here using your ETSU account credentials.
- Submit Your Request: Select "Submit a Help Ticket" and provide the necessary details about your issue.
- Track Your Request: After submission, you can track the status of your ticket and communicate with the assigned technician through the portal.
