How to make a food request:
A food box request can be made by clicking on a link below, filling out an application for food assistance and submitting the application. If you do not have access to a personal computer or phone, you can use the computers in the library. If you run into technical issues, please contact Chuck Patton at pattonc@etsu.edu or by phone at 423.439.5243.
Please try to pick up your food request during the hours given in your email notification. If a food pantry specialist is not present at either pantry location when attempting to pick up an order, please call Chuck Patton at 423.439.5243, and arrangements will be made for someone to meet you at that location. Please indicate on the application which site you prefer to pick up your box; Buc Ridge, Culp, or Kingsport, using the remarks boxes on the second page of the form.
Note on using the request forms: The forms below require you to login using ETSU Username and Password. Once you have submitted your application you will receive status updates via your ETSU email account. If you are an alumni or retiree and cannot log in, please contact us for further help. The pantry strives to fill all requests within 24 to 48 hours with the exception weekend orders.
****All pantry locations, as well as the university, will be closed 2 September 2024 for Labor Day; 14 - 15 October 2024 for Fall Break; 11 November 2024 for Veterans Day; and 27 - 29 November 2024 for Thanksgiving; 23 December 2024 - 3 January 2025 for Winter Break. ****
