Music Education K-12

The Music Education track is designed for students with a Bachelor's degree who wish to be certified to teach Music in grades K-12. This program culminates with a year long Residency and a comprehensive oral examination.

Praxis Exam Required Prior to Admittance: 

To be certified in Music Education K-12 you need to take test code 5114 (Music: Content and Instruction) and receiving a qualifying score of 162 or higher.
