Pricing and What’s Included
There will be an on-site participant fee of $750 (which includes room and board) and an off-site participant fee of $550. Multiple registrants from the same family will result in a 50% discount per additional family member. Each fee covers the entire week’s instruction and meals. -
Directions and Transportation
All camp activities will be located on the East Tennessee State University main campus, 1276 Gilbreath Drive, Johnson City, Tennessee, 37614. -
Food and Drink
Meals are included in the camp fee. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided according to the camp schedule in the Schedule Overview tab. Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the registration form. We will make every effort to accommodate any sensitivities. Meals will be provided in the D.P. Culp Center Dining Hall on the ETSU campus. -
Lodging
On-site student lodging will be the dormitories located in Governor's Hall on the ETSU campus. Each room is designed to sleep two lodgers. Residence hall rooms are outfitted with two studio beds, desks, wardrobes, WiFi, Ethernet ports, and enclosed bathrooms. -
What To Bring
Please bring an instrument in good repair, a recording device, and a notepad and pen to take notes during the week. If staying on-site, please also bring toiletries, bedding, and towels for the residence hall lodging. -
What Not To Bring
Please do not bring any alcohol, drop-in guests, or pets (except for service animals). If a service animal will be accompanying a participant, please indicate this in the registration form. -
Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Camp registration will open in January 2025. Payment will be received via an online portal available on the camp homepage. Camp costs may be paid either as a one-time payment of $750 (on-site lodging) or $550 (off-site lodging), or in three installments of $250 (on-site) or $200, $200, and $150 (off-site).
