I can't log in to Voyager
All employees should be able to access Voyager using Single Sign-On (SSO), which is a secure authentication method that uses ETSU login credentials. If you are unable to log in, please contact the ITS Help Desk for support.

I can access voyager, but need additional help
Request Additional access
To request additional access in Voyager, please submit the Voyager Access Request form. One or more of the following forms of access can be requested: Campus Representative (regular budgeted positions only), Projects and Awards (e.g. Principal Investigators), Budget to Actuals, and Procurement Requester/Preparer.
All requests are subject to the collection of the required approvals before access will be granted. Note: Undergraduate Student Workers and Graduate Assistants are not eligible for any of these forms of access in Voyager.

Overall Campus Support Plan
ETSU project team members developed a support and escalation structure. After a Help Desk ticket is submitted, this support plan will help team members quickly route complex or unresolved issues to the right experts. This should result in more timely resolutions and a better experience for everyone.
