Internship & Experiential Learning Opportunities
Partnering with Tomorrow’s Leaders
University Career Services connects students with Experiential Learning Opportunities (ELOs), including internships, across multiple academic departments at ETSU. ELOs give students hands-on experience outside the classroom to explore careers, build skills, and make professional connections. While not for academic credit, they offer flexible, short-term opportunities that support career development and the transition to the workforce.
“Learning is the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience.” – David Kolb
Employer Internship Support
We help employers develop internship programs and advertise their opportunities to ETSU students. All employers are encouraged to post internships and jobs in Handshake, where students actively search for new opportunities.
