The Department of Health Services Management and Policy is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service for the purpose of:
- Providing competency- and practice-based education that prepares individuals for successful
careers in health services management, policy, and research;
- Conducting research and scholarly activity that informs health management and policy;

- Partnering with the community to disseminate and apply new knowledge.
