EQUIP (Extending Quillen to the Underserved through an Integrated Program) is a specially designed program to identify and mentor college students who are interested in attending ETSU's Quillen College of Medicine. EQUIP's limited capacity highly prioritizes students from uniquely rural and underserved communities who desire to become primary care physicians and return to those areas to practice. We accept students from any undergraduate two year or four-year institution.
