College of Business and Technology alumni provide a footprint of success for both current and future students of the college. As part of the Business & Technology family, you--our alumni--play a vital role within the college, whether through:
- Educating our students about career options by guest lecturing in a class,
- Providing valuable feedback about critical academic and professional skills of graduates,
- Choosing our students as interns or co-ops within your companies, or
- Hiring our students post graduation.
It goes without saying that we greatly value you. As an alumnus, you are welcome to take advantage of all of the career resources available to students in the College of Business and Technology.
Some of the areas where the College of Business and Technology's Career Services office can be of assistance include:
- Job Search: There are many job search strategies out there; many times job seekers feel as if
they are juggling 20 balls at once. Some of this phenomenon has been created by technology,
which has fostered the development of a plethora of job boards and online resources
for those seeking employment. Feel free to schedule an appointment with Melinda LaPrade
by emailing her at laprade@etsu.edu.
- CBAT Career Services Weekly Email Updates: Simply send an email to the Director of Career Services.
