How Do I Submit My Transcripts & Test Scores?
Please request that your prior institution(s) send official transcripts directly to ETSU. Transcripts are only considered official if they are issued directly from the school or college; ETSU does not accept transcripts emailed from students.
To request your transcript be sent, contact:
- High school transcript: Contact your school counseling office.
- Community college/university transcript: Contact the institution’s records or registrar office.
- AP/SAT/ACT: Log into your CollegeBoard or ACT student profile. Designate ETSU as the recipient.
Transcripts may be emailed to documents@etsu.edu or sent electronically through an electronic transcript service, such as Parchment. Transcripts sent through Parchment should designate documents@etsu.edu as the recipient.
If transcripts will be sent through postal mail, here is the address:
- Office of Undergraduate Admissions
ETSU
PO Box 70731
Johnson City, TN 37614

I Haven't Heard Anything Back After Applying. What Do I Do?
Call 423-439-4213 or email admissions@etsu.edu to check on your application status! We will always send communication to applicants to let them know their application was received, and whether any missing documents need to be submitted. If you have not heard anything at all, here are two likely scenarios:
- Your application may be unsubmitted, stuck at 99% complete. This video shows what to do if this happens.
- The $25 application fee may not have been received, which prevents your application
from being electronically processed. Please contact us for assistance.

How Do I Check My Application Status?
Once we have received your application, an ETSU username and ID will be emailed to you. Use these credentials to create a GoldLink account so you may monitor the status of your application as it goes through the review process. You may also call 423-439-4213 or email admissions@etsu.edu or contact your designated admission counselor for more information.
