Veterans Affairs Office Locations and Hours

I am interested in attending ETSU as a Military Affiliated Student and have questions. Where is the office located?
Military and Veteran Services are located in Lucille Clement Hall in Room 121. The entrance is directly across from the CPA. -
I am trying to locate the Military Affiliated Student Resource Center (MARC)…where is it located?
The MARC is in Lucille Clement Room 121. -
If I need to see someone in the Military and Veteran Services Office, what times are they open?
Both locations are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. We understand this may not accomodate your schedule, so email va@etsu.edu to make an appointment outside of these hours. -
Do I need an appointment to see the Director of Veterans Affairs?
No. The Director has an open door policy, so you can simply walk on in if there isn’t already someone in his office. However, if YOUR schedule is so tight that you need to have a dedicated time slot, then please call (423) 439-6819 and we will make an appointment for you.
