Resilience and Empathy in Nurse Stories

The Nurse Narratives Initiative spotlights profound stories of resilience and strength in the face of adversity – both personal and professional – from nurses in our region.

Born out of a partnership between the Tennessee Center for Nursing Advancement, Ballad Health, StoryCollab, and East Tennessee State University, this unique initiative is telling the stories of nursing, from nurses.

By sharing these stories, we hope to motivate a new generation of nurses and help our current nurses by giving them a platform to acknowledge the burnout and stress they have experienced.
