The International PTK Scholarship recognizes high-achieving international transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) and who are continuing their academic journey at East Tennessee State University. This scholarship is designed to support academically strong students already studying in the United States and complements ETSU’s existing international merit awards.
Application Process
- A separate scholarship application is required for the International PTK Scholarship.
- Applicants must submit documentation verifying Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) membership.
- Awards are not automatic and are contingent upon eligibility verification and availability of funds.
Award Amount
- $2,000-$4,000 per academic year
- Award amounts are determined based on academic credentials and scholarship availability.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be an international student in F-1 status
- Be admitted to ETSU as a transfer student
- Be a verified member of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
Terms and Conditions
