Estimated Cost of Attendance for International Students

The costs below represent the estimated attendance expenses for international students on F-1/J-1 visas at East Tennessee State University. Costs may vary slightly due to individual circumstances, so students should consider multiple factors when planning for attendance. Estimated costs also differ by academic year, which are listed separately below. Please ensure you are viewing the information for the correct academic year.

Tuition and Fee amounts are based on 15 credit hours per semester for undergraduate students and 9 credit hours per semester for graduate students

Scholarships are not guaranteed and those available to F and J visa students are limited. Please look closely at the requirements of each scholarship and directions questions to the appropriate departments when necessary.
