Move-In Day 2025 -- Wednesday, August 20
The following areas are reserved for move-in from Tuesday, Aug. 19 at 9 p.m. through Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 10 p.m.:
All affected spaces should be cleared on Tuesday, Aug. 19 by 9 p.m.

Lot 18a (Facilities building): Staff should park in lots 18b or 19

Lot 17 (Luntsford): Reserved for move-in.

Lot 22a/b : Reserved for move-in
*Lot 21a/b will remain open to faculty/staff but will also be made available for Lucille Clement move-in

Lots 38a/b & 39 (CPA): Reserved for move-in.
*Lot 21a/b will remain open to faculty/staff but will also be made available for Lucille Clement move-in. The Basler Center for Physical Activity (CPA) will be closed until 4:00 p.m.

John Robert Bell Drive (All parking spaces from University Commons to Ross Drive): All parking spaces in this section are reserved for move-in. The road in this section will be one way (northbound) for move-in.

Gilbreath Drive will be one-way traffic from Southwest Avenue to Stout Drive. There will be no left turn from J.L. Seehorn Drive to Gilbreath Drive.

John Robert Bell Drive will be one way (northbound) from University Commons to Ross Drive.
