Workforce Survey
Check out the report for results of our 2023 survey of NE TN employers.
The NET-STEM Works Survey pilot project assessed characteristics that employers in NE TN were looking for in their entry level STEM hires. The results we hope can inform K-12, higher education, and industries in our region. The goal is that this effort will support organizations to better align educational supports and programming with the skills and knowledge that employers in STEM fields need right now.
The project was led by TJ Jones and Miranda Chen Musgrove, and was supported by Dawn Rowe, and Alissa Lange from the NE TN STEM Innovation Hub, with funds from TSIN.
