Department of History
The Department of History, housed within ETSU's School of Humanities and Social Sciences, offers undergraduates Bachelor Degrees, or a minor in history. We also provide a Master of Arts and Graduate Certificate for upper-level studies. Along with covering historical developments from antiquity to the present, the geographic scope of our undergraduate courses and graduate seminars allows students to indulge their interests in the cultural, political, and social histories of Asia, Africa, Europe and the United States.
