The Department of Engineering, Engineering Technology, Interior Architecture, and Surveying strives to develop ethical, knowledgeable, articulate, and skilled professionals by providing them with the fundamental principles and emerging technological concepts to advance and excel in their future careers.
The department offers a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate degrees that are fueled by innovation and technological advances. Because of knowledgeable faculty and state-of-the-art equipment, graduates from our programs are ready to enter an ever-changing and advancing workforce.

Premier Accredited Programs
The Department of Engineering, Engineering Technology, Interior Architecture, and Surveying has sets high standards for instruction and curriculum within each discipline. Therefore, many of their programs are accredited by premier organizations.
The Surveying and Mapping program as well as the Biomedical, Construction, Electronics, and Manufacturing concentrations in the Engineering Technology program hold accreditation from ABET, the premier global accreditor for Engineering and Computing programs.
The Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the General Criteria.
The Interior Architecture program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design (CIDA).
The Bachelor of Science in Engineering launched holds accreditation from ABET, the premier global accreditor for Engineering and Computing prorams.
