Event Description:
Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform. This class gets your heart and lungs in shape and tones your glutes, thighs, and calves. In addition, the class will employ a variety of equipment, including free weights, body bars, and resistance bands, to work all the muscle groups of the body. Step aerobics is a terrific cross-training activity for runners, cyclists, and walkers.
