Event Description: This strength and toning class is designed specifically for firming and sculpting those hard to train areas. Combining free weights, resistance bands, stability and medicine balls, this workout will make you feel the burn in the lower body. There will be a heavy focus on squats and lunges. This class contains NO cardio. |
