Event Description: This class welcomes participants of all ages, sexes, fitness levels and shoe sizes. As this class focuses on speed, be ready to pant and sweat, as the intense workout includes many standing and seated sprints. This biking boot camp brings beaucoup benefits---buff buns, cardio conditioning, pared pounds and IQ improvement (hey, it’s possible!). Cycle to an eclectic musical mix---rock, pop, blues, classical, New Age, jazz, country, Latin and world. |
