Event Description: This workout leads you through high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Many of these moves are intermediate/advanced, so modifications will be shown whenever necessary to stay safe and avoid injury. |
