Event Description: Combining advanced exercises with weighted balls, dumbbells, tension bands, and advanced stretching techniques, this Pilates class will give you the long, lean muscle associated with a “Pilates body”. You will learn to use the breathing techniques from beginning Pilates to go farther into your practice than ever before. Be prepared to work your mind and body with these advanced exercise combinations to relieve stress and make you sweat! This class is held in the main Group Fitness Studio. |
