Event Description: Beginning with meditation, this class places a focus on moving, breathing, and living from heart, paired with a flow that will strengthen and nurture not only heart, but mind, spirit, and body as well. Participating friends are encouraged to find their own balance in the practice, thus no certain level of experience is necessary. This class is a combination of cardio movement with various flow poses, placing emphasis on moving from heart, contributing to both internal and external well-being and peace. |
