Event Description: This 45-minute course is designed to stretch muscle groups as well as connective tissue. Connective tissue can be stretched "cold" if done slowly and mindfully, utilizing the breath. Muscle groups are better stretched "warm," and breathing practices as well as body movements will be used to heat up the temperature to stretch muscles safely. The class will end with a cool down/rest period. |
